Wow, pleasantly surprised with this company! First time buying from them and they had my product delivered to my house in only 2 days from the day it shipped! They operate in California and I live all the way on the East coast, so I was incredibly surprised by how fast and efficient they shipped. Fantastic product and I'll definitely be back again!

Got my juice in less than a week.. about 5 days to be exact. Exactly what I purchased and packaged nicely. The only complaint I have is the fact that my tracking never updated past a label being created, & that is not the companies fault. How ever, I emailed customer service multiple times and to this day never received a response. Work on your customer service and you can be a top notch company to purchase vape things. Price was also very reasonable! Thanks for fulfilling my order correctly and timely.

Very fast delivery and excellent service

I just got my order on 11/21/2020 my Aspire Tigon was defective out of the box it won't charge and the company refuses to take it back and is making me go through the manufacturer warranty to get it fixed and I have to pay for shipping. STAY AWAY from this company terrible customer service.

The best period

COUNTERFEIT Puff Bars!!!! On two different occasions, I purchased 10 packs of Clear Puffs thinking they were overstock after the FDA banned the sell of PuffBars. Both times the product was a COUNTERFEIT verified on PUFF BAR website.

I still have not been able to try the actual product because I did not recieve my full order and the vape can't be used without both batteries. I've emailed the company and sent a picture of everything that came in the package to inform them that I only recieved one battery, rather than the 2 pack that I purchased. I recieved an email back saying that was impossible as they come in packs of two and that I must not have understood how they were sold. I still have not recieved a refund or another battery. As for the product, I cannot leave a review but the company and customer service, I will give one star, only because zero stars aren't an option.

Excellent Service! It’s hard to find an online vape shop that will not only send your order out super fast but get everything correct and packages are nicely sealed and sent out. These are guys are awesome! I ordered online and within a two hours said my hour was shipped and than I received it in 2 days. I highly recommend and will be shopping with provape from now on.

Holy smoke...you guys are simply fantastic. I have made multiple orders and always, always receive everything quicker than I ever expect, even though I'm here in Hawaii. I would recommend you to anyone and everyone I know. Thank you so much for your excellent service and quality products.
